Our final phase of the first Thrive Outdoors “101 Days From Now…” Lifestyle Challenge is here! Phase 3 was a bit difficult for me. A few trips for work and preparation for a deployment have taken priority over some of my goals. The opportunity to have food and drinks with my friends and family has been more enticing than keeping my routine at the climbing gym… Still, I am in a better place than I was when the challenge began. Surely, you are too.
This is a perfect time to pull out your goal worksheets and evaluate how far you have come. You should also consider your final goals for the challenge. Has your mindset changed since you filled it out? Maybe your circumstances have changed. For example, I will be unable to fulfill my goals related to climbing. I will be able to see some of the largest mountains in the world during my tour overseas, but something has gone seriously wrong if I actually end up on them =).
So, instead of worrying about goals that are left unfulfilled for now, look at how much you have accomplished. Get stoked, and seize these last 30 days. There is still plenty of time to make meaningful improvements.
Please give us some insight on your accomplishments and/or obstacles in the comments below! Also, let us know what you would like to see more of during Phase 4. Recipes, training ideas, motivation??
